Delivery & Pickup:
  • Complimentary pickup and delivery are offered on all orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a Home Convenience Fee (HCF) of ₹159 + applicable taxes will apply.

  • All pickups and deliveries are subject to slot availability.

  • Pickup requests are typically scheduled within 2–4 hours, depending on location.

  • Rescheduling a pickup or delivery requires a minimum notice of 24 hours.

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, rescheduling, or non-payment will be reattempted within 48 hours on a best-effort basis.

Liability:
  • Please ensure all personal items (cash, jewelry, valuables) are removed prior to handing over garments. Pressed is not responsible for loss or damage to such items.

  • In the unlikely event of loss or damage, liability is limited to a maximum of 6 times the garment’s service value, issued as service credit.

  • Customers are requested to verify garment count at the time of delivery. If not verified, the company’s count will be considered final.
