Delivery & Pickup:
Complimentary pickup and delivery are offered on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a Home Convenience Fee (HCF) of ₹159 + applicable taxes will apply.
All pickups and deliveries are subject to slot availability.
Pickup requests are typically scheduled within 2–4 hours, depending on location.
Rescheduling a pickup or delivery requires a minimum notice of 24 hours.
Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, rescheduling, or non-payment will be reattempted within 48 hours on a best-effort basis.
Liability:
Please ensure all personal items (cash, jewelry, valuables) are removed prior to handing over garments. Pressed is not responsible for loss or damage to such items.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage, liability is limited to a maximum of 6 times the garment’s service value, issued as service credit.
Customers are requested to verify garment count at the time of delivery. If not verified, the company’s count will be considered final.
