GARMENT PROTECTION POLICY

Cloth Protection Program

We offer a limited protection program for added peace of mind.

  • In case of damage or loss during processing, compensation may be provided up to 10x the service value of the item

  • Items under claim may be retained by Pressed for verification

  • Re-cleaning will be offered at no cost in case of service quality concerns

Eligibility

  • Applies only to orders processed through official billing channels

  • Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible

Note

  • “Order value” refers to the processing cost after discounts as reflected on the invoice.

Jurisdiction

  • All claims are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
